Return and Refund Policy

YALD Store products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at apparel@yald.org.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item, including the full product and the affected area

After review, YALD may arrange for a replacement, reprint, or refund when the issue is confirmed.

Sizing
Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering. Because products are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments
If you receive the wrong item or an item with a fulfillment error, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with our fulfillment partner to review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact apparel@yald.org as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order enters fulfillment. Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
